Udderly confusing ad targeting

Look at this ad. It was served up in Google Reader mobile. The article I'm reading is Mashable discussing Google Analytics. I am physically sitting in New York's Times Square.

So you tell me - what kind of targeting would serve up an ad like this? My best guess is contextual based on the article, or there's a rodeo in town this week.
